It’s also time to start thinking about our Autumn Menu at The Tasting Room. We are putting the finishing touches on our fall dishes and will debut them on a special preview evening set for Monday, Sept. 22. We’ll be accepting reservations (610.642.2670 or here) for seatings at 6pm and 7:30pm and will offer complimentary cocktails to all guests 21 years old or over. Cost for three courses is $35.
You may remember we opened The Tasting Room just before last Thanksgiving with our fall menu, which was highlighted by our Butternut Squash Carrot Soup, Kale Salad and Anise & Fennel Salmon.
Our soup will be back, along with our year-round standards like Triple Mac & Cheese and Buttermilk Marinated Fried Chicken, but we’ll see several new offerings this fall. They include Beet-Carrot Latkes, Green Lasagna, Beer-Battered Onion Rings and a still-developing Cod dish.
