Lots of Fresh in The Tasting Room’s New Spring Menu

March 24, 2015

Organic breads and grains, flexible add-on options for new salads and additional options for carnivores highlight The Tasting Room’s new spring menu, which debuted on Tuesday, from the kitchen of JPM Catering.

tasting_room_veggie_panini_springJPM’s updated Veggie Sandwich features its housemade, organic focaccia, enveloping lemon white beans, two slices of fresh mozzarella and a spring herb pesto. The Tasting Room’s new Croque Monsieur combines organic white bread from our primary food distributor Lancaster Farm Fresh Cooperative with ham, local Swiss and Budderfass (also from Lancaster), and bechamel sauce.

For tasters seeking protein with their veggies, The Tasting Room has introduced add-on options for chicken breast and white beans to accompany its updated Kale Salad (fresh carrot, roasted red pepper, almond, sesame-ginger vinaigrette) and its new Ancient Grain Salad (organic and local farro and rye berry, watermelon radish, sunflower seed, lemon-mustard dressing).

The Tasting Room also has added its first lamb dish, a Stewed Lamb over organic potatoes, and added a black pepper waffle to accompany its Mediterranean Pork dish.
